We have plenty of wood, imported from all over world such as Malayasia, Indonesia, Australia, Newzealand, Africa, Europe, Canada, America and Russia. Almost all kind of hard woods and soft woods are available in plenty. There are more then 1,000 saw mills in the radius of 5 kms and more then 10,000 sawing machines which cut thousand cubic meter of logs daily imported from all over world.The weather is a boon to timber processing units here. It is hot and dry almost 9 to 10 months in a year. The finishing is always better because of the weather here.We have ten years of experience in manufacturing round rods or say wooden broom handles, wooden dowels. We are manufacturing pvc coated and plain wooden broom handles. Also produce wooden dowels to make cosmetic and artist brush handles, walking sticks, rolling pins etc. We are supplying wooden broom handles to broom, brush and mop industries in India and catering raw wooden dowels to Indian Artist and Cosmetic brush handle manufacturing units. Recently we have gone in production of cotton mops and doing very well in domestic market. Now, we intend to enter into international market. We are aware and confident to match international prices and quality. We have in house facility to make almost anything in wooden rounds rods. We can provide staright end cut or domed shaped ends, tapered or threaded or any other custom grooves and shapes required. We also have pvc coating facility and plastic cap manufacturing unit. Wooden walking sticks is a new product introduced by us. The walking sticks are made from strong Malayasian hardwood and coated with pvc for asthetic appeal, provided with diferent types of handles and soft pvc anti skid feet. It is, really a life time support for the user. Also we have started manufacturing wooden drumsticks and to our surprise, the result is amazing. Musicians or drum players have adored our drumsticks very much and we have to increase its prodution soon. The strong Malayasian wood is the key for it.Wooden broom handles are also made from strong Malayasian hardwood to beautiful white pine soft wood. We are making normally 22 and 25 mm diameter and 1200 to 1500 mm length handles for Indian users of mops, brooms, brushes. Our handles are weather proof, straight (no bends), very strong compared to eucalyptus handles, and very well finished. For example, the 22 mm x 1200 mm eucalyptus handle is good to hold 200 gms to 225 gms of mop yarn, while our handles can take more then 400 gms of yarn. (It makes a big difference for a mop operating person because after dipped in the water, the mop becomes haeavier twice atleast and only strong handle give him better performance feeling, the eucalyptus handle will bend or break or the operating person feel tired because the 25 to 50 % of his energy is wasted in bending of wooden handle).Though we are new to exports, we are confident make impression very soon.
